Sing out and Sing Healthy!

2025 is a year of anniversaries. As well as our 20th anniversary CLASP are also celebrating 10 years of the CLASP choir singing with Sing Healthy.

Sing Healthy choirs have bought people together through singing since 2006 and in 2015 formed an enduring, fulfilling and fun partnership with the CLASP choir. The last 10 years have been full of joy.

The original choir master for Sing Healthy was Dorian Edwards, although unfortunately he passed away not long after Sing Healthy and CLASP started singing together, and Brenda Jenner took over.

Brenda had the difficult task of running a choir through COVID, which was not easy, but with everyone joining on ZOOM the fun continued. Members of the Sing Healthy choir were always on hand to support us and lend their voices to the call. Sing Healthy have always been, and continue to be, supportive of CLASP and our members.

The CLASP choir has for some time been led by David, and Helen, both volunteers for CLASP that give so much. The choir is always so much fun and everyone gets so much enjoyment, including those from Sing Healthy that still come and support our members.

In 2025 the CLASP choir have done 10 sing outs, alongside the regular choir sessions every other Friday, and Sing Healthy members have been at many of those. So to celebrate10 years of singing together here are a few photos from this years sing outs.
