Michele Munro

I joined CLASP in the role of ‘Independence Support’ in September 2022.

I previously volunteered with CLASP, supporting those working in The Bradbury Centre coffee shop for many years, many years ago – so there were plenty of familiar faces when I started work.

I run and support various groups, including Happy & Healthy, Evening Drop-In, Craft Club, Active Session, Gardening Club, Choir and Puzzle Club.

I also provide support for members in all manner of ways, to encourage their independent living.

Facebook posts and marketing communications are also my responsibility, it’s great to share our good news (and much more) with our members and beyond.

Away from CLASP I’m married with three children and not forgetting our hairy son, Oakley, who has become a bit of a CLASP mascot, attending various Active Sessions and even a litter pick!
