Kerry Haynes

Hi, my name is Kerry and I joined CLASP in April 2026. Before joining the charity, I spent over 30 years working across consumer, healthcare and full service agency roles. Through this experience, I’ve developed a calm, approachable and kind way of working, and I really value taking the time to listen, understand what matters most, and build strong, trusting relationships with the CLASP team, our members and our partners. At CLASP, my role focuses on managing operations, including overseeing day to day service delivery, coordinating schedules and rotas and supporting our dedicated team of staff and volunteers. I’m also involved in encouraging member engagement, helping to develop training and activity content, and building positive, collaborative relationships with external organisations. Outside of CLASP, I’m married with two fantastic children and love spending time with them. I also enjoy running and keeping active through other sports (particularly golf) whenever I can.
