“My name is Carol Price and am a Health Care Assistant with Wokingham Learning Disability Community Health Team.
My role involves supporting the work of the Community Nurses and I also have my own caseload. I do one-to-one work and run workshops and group sessions with support from my colleagues. I work part time (Monday – Thursday) and I am based at The Old Forge in Wokingham.
I am an LD Partnership Board Champion with my main focus being health and wellbeing for people with learning disabilities who live in the Wokingham borough.
I love music and enjoy going to gigs and festivals.”
